Get involved

1 in 5 are affected by mental health issues – this number is significantly higher in vulnerable groups who cannot afford help.

We rely on your support to provide free mental health services to vulnerable individuals whose life circumstances have impacted their mental health and cannot afford to get help. We support individuals living with chronic/life-limiting illnesses, those bereaved by suicide, victims of domestic abuse, LGBTQI+, Ukrainian Refugees, International Protection Applicants, carers and more.
