MyMind at Work Services
Each company or company representative wishing to purchase MyMind at Work services must register through the MyMind at Work app, available at https://app.mymindatwork.ie ("the app"). The app is operated by MyMind, a nonprofit organisation with charity registration number CHY17600.
Individuals wishing to use MyMind services must register through the MyMind Appointment system, available at https://app.mymind.org ("the website"). The system is also operated by MyMind, a nonprofit organisation with charity registration number CHY17600.
Services Provided
MyMind consultants provide mental health support through both face-to-face appointments at designated offices and online services using a comprehensive "Online Service" platform. Video calls are conducted through secure systems available on the MyMind Appointment website at https://app.mymind.org.
Affordable Pricing
MyMind services are designed to be affordable, and the current pricing list is published and regularly updated. Companies and individuals are encouraged to check the website for the most up-to-date pricing information.
Confidentiality
Clients' personal details are used solely for the purpose of scheduling appointments with mental health professionals. MyMind ensures that personal details are not shared with third parties, except in specific and limited circumstances outlined in our Confidentiality Statement. Additionally, when clients use MyMind services, their details will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without their explicit consent.
By sending an email requesting help or advice, you automatically grant MyMind permission to anonymously cite described problems or situations in any online or published educational materials. Personal details will always remain anonymous unless expressly permitted otherwise.
Correspondence and Consent
The correspondence between clients and mental health professionals is treated with strict confidentiality. Such correspondence cannot be published without the written consent of MyMind and the express consent of the client involved.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
MyMind does not provide refunds for purchased services. All purchases, including appointments and packages, are final and remain valid with no expiration date until redeemed. Once an appointment or package is assigned to a specific employee, it cannot be reassigned to another employee after redemption. If employees need to reschedule or manage their appointments, they need to use app.mymind.org or please contact MyMind directly. Service times are always displayed in the user's local timezone.
